Confirmations

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not confirm, + I am unable to reach you, your appointment will be cancelled + a fee will apply.

Refunds

At Simply Rose, providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is my top priority.

All of my hair services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let me know right away. I will do my best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.

Cancellations/No Shows

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services. A no-call, no-show will be charged for 100% of the booked services.


Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. I will try my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.


A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.


In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, the cancellation fee will be waived.

Credit Card Required

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule any appointment. I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.
